Caution Unlimited is a self-defense company that specializes in teaching various groups how to defend themselves and be more alert and aware. We do not have a studio/academy/dojo that we practice directly out of, we go to locations that are convenient to those wanting to learn self-defense. Self-defense is an all-encompassing term, which allows us to teach you a wide range of techniques, not just one specific art.
